Nathan Goltz, 4th degree black belt, started judo at age 4 and has also studied karate in which he holds a 1st degree black belt, kendo, jiu-jitsu and muay thai. He was a junior national champion several times who upon graduating high school, studied judo at the International Budo University and the Kodokan in Japan. Upon his return from Japan, Nathan was given a scholarship to became a member of the Cumberland College Judo Team. He works as sales rep in the healthcare industry and is completing his degree at the University of La Verne where he maintains a 3.8 GPA.
Nathan currently teaches classes at the Defense Arts Center in Upland, CA and is available for private lessons by appointment.
